Our Team Leaders
Damir Marinic
Dr. Damir Marinic, Ph.D., Psychology, is a professor, practicing counselor, and global lecturer. Co-founder of Spajalica, along with his wife Ida, of an organization dedicated to helping families and communities. They work with schools and nonprofits and conduct short and long-term training and workshops around the world including camps for children and pre/teens.
Alina Fernandez
Alina Fernandez, is a veteran, master teacher of over 30 years and has 25 years experience in organizing and hosting international camps for pre/teens through her organization Conexus International. Alina also holds a current and certified FBI CJIS background check clearance. Alina has extensive leadership training and is passionate about empowering and preparing children and teens to be outstanding global leaders.
